How To Get Vst Plugin Filters In Obs Streamlabs

Apr 10, 2016 Adding Effect Filters in OBS Studio. The thing you need to realize about filters, is that they can be added to every source individually. However, if you apply filters to a source in one scene, they will carry over to any other scenes that your sources are used in. Reduce the resolution of this new layer – Right-click the new layer and head down to filters. Insert a new ‘Scaling/Aspect Ratio’ filter and change the type to point then the resolution to something much smaller such as 640 x 360. This will shrink down the layer and take up much less space on the screen.

How

Snapchat is packed full of excellent filters and animations! You can now use their Snap Camera application with all those webcam filters for streaming. It makes your Face-cam just that more entertaining.

Setting up Snap Camera application

You can download Snap Camera for either Windows or macOS from https://snapcamera.snapchat.com/. Agree to the terms and install the program to your computer.

Once the program is open you'll see your webcam feed and a long list of Snapchat filters! Click on any of the filters to preview how they look!

Now to add this to your stream, you'll continue to use the broadcasting software you already love and use! Just add a new webcam source and select 'Snap Camera' instead of your regular webcam. Here's how to do that in OBS Studio:
With OBS Studio open, click the '+' under 'Sources' and click 'Video Capture Device.'

Give the source a name - something like Snap Camera - and click 'OK' Free beat slicer vst.

From the 'Device' drop-down select 'Snap Camera,' then click 'OK.'

You'll now see the Snap Camera added to your OBS Preview window! You may need to use the red outline to resize it to fit where you'd like it!

Now you're all setup to use Snapchat filters in your stream! From within Snap Camera you can set hot keys to trigger some of the filters so you can toggle them on demand!

All you need to do is click on the Settings icon after adding the Source for your audio capture channel (or right-click on the channel).

The filters’ field will come up where you can add a VST plug-in, rename it and then simply select your preferred plug-in.

Same process can be applied in a mic AUX or any other audio recording channel.
